Nature Wander, StoryWalk®, Monarchs and Milkweed

The Cottage Grove Library Board is pleased to partner with Playful Acorns and Sprig Native Plant Nursery on a very special Curious Critters StoryTime, June 24, 9-10 a.m. at Governor Taylor Nature Park, 224 W Oak St, Cottage Grove.

Meet a monarch caterpillar, make seed balls and listen to a special reading of "Mighty Wings" by Debbie Clement. Every family will take home a milkweed plant and seed pack while supplies last.

Afterwards, take a nature wander through the woods and read the StoryWalk, "Butterfly Child" by Marc Majewski.

The whole family is welcome at this program!

No registration required.
