Join us for a playful journey of yoga and music from 10-11 a.m. Sunday mornings, April 7th, May 19th, and June 30th. This interactive class, led by Ms. Kirsten of Lagom: Music & Yoga Education and held at Lioness Fitness, 6200 Nesbitt Rd Suite F, Fitchburg, is designed for parents and children of all ages and experience levels to explore the wonders of yoga together. The spring theme is "On The Farm." 

No prior yoga experience is necessary. Come dressed in comfortable clothes and be prepared for an adventure filled with music, movement, and laughter. Please bring a water bottle and yoga mat (if you have one).

What to expect:

• Sing along to catchy tunes: We'll move our bodies and voices to upbeat music, creating a fun and engaging atmosphere for everyone.
• Dance like nobody's watching (because nobody is!): Get silly with playful dances inspired by animals, nature, and everyday adventures.
• Stretch and strengthen like little yogis: Learn basic yoga poses in a fun and imaginative way, promoting flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Mindful moments: Breathe, relax, and connect with your child through guided visualizations and calming activities.
• Bonding and laughter: Share smiles, giggles, and quality time while creating lasting memories.

There will be time before and after the half hour music class for caregivers and kids to play and talk together with toys provided by Sam with Playful Acorns and Kelley with Lioness Fitness.

You may register for one or more classes. Although classes are geared toward caregivers and their kids under age 5, older siblings are also welcome to join. The cost per class is $16 for adult/child duo (family size of 2) or $25 for more than one adult and/or child attending (family size of 3 or more). A liability waiver is required for all participants.
