What: Pop-Up Play Cafe - Cross Plains

When: 9-11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 31st. (Other events vary, check event calendar for upcoming schedule)

Cost: Children ages 6 months - 5 years old are $9. Adults and infants ages 0-6 months are $1. A portion of each order will go toward local nonprofits!

Place your order at Crossroads Coffeehouse and then walk down the hall to The Creekside Scoop to enjoy coffee and conversation with fellow caregivers while your kids (ages 0-5) play with toys, games, books, and more!

Want to get your wiggles out?

If your kids are getting squirrely and need room to run, we get it! Pop in and out to the patio and partially fenced yard (Esser Square). Continue the fun outside at nearby Zander Park, a paved portion of the Ice Age Trail, playgrounds, and the local library -- all within walking distance. We'll have some printed maps and activities for outdoor exploration!

What to expect:

- Play space is located in The Creekside Scoop at 2020 Main Street, Cross Plains (closed to the public Jan-March).

- Coffee, tea/smoothies and food available for purchase from Crossroads Coffeehouse down the hall.

- Up to two children (ages 0-5 years) may accompany one adult per booking (3 total participants).

- Sessions last 2 hours -- you may arrive and depart at your leisure during your selected time period.

- Bubbler available across the hall.

- Changing table available in the bathroom.

Please remember:

- Must sign liability waiver in advance.

- Socks are required for anyone entering the play space.

- No food or drink allowed inside of the play space.

- OK to bring along water bottles, baby bottles, cups, and children's snack.

- If anyone in your group is sick, please stay home.

- Caregivers must supervise their child(ren) at all times.
