Service Description

Join us for a playful journey of yoga, music, and laughter from 10-11 a.m. Sunday mornings, April 7th, May 19th, and June 30th. This interactive class, led by Ms. Kirsten of Lagom: Music & Yoga Education and held at Lioness Fitness, 6200 Nesbitt Rd Suite F, Fitchburg, is designed for parents and children of all ages and experience levels to explore the wonders of yoga together. The spring theme is "On The Farm."  There will be time before and after the half hour music class for caregivers and kids to play and talk together with toys provided by Sam with Playful Acorns and Kelley with Lioness Fitness. What to expect: * Sing along to catchy tunes: We'll move our bodies and voices to upbeat music, creating a fun and engaging atmosphere for everyone. * Dance like nobody's watching (because nobody is!): Get silly with playful dances inspired by animals, nature, and everyday adventures. * Stretch and strengthen like little yogis: Learn basic yoga poses in a fun and imaginative way, promoting flexibility, balance, and coordination. * Mindful moments: Breathe, relax, and connect with your child through guided visualizations and calming activities. * Bonding and laughter: Share smiles, giggles, and quality time while creating lasting memories. - 10-11 a.m. Sunday, April 7th and/or May 19th and/or June 30th - Registration required; space is limited. - Cost per class: $16 total for one adult with one child or $25 total for one adult with more than one child under age 5. - Held at Lioness Fitness, 6200 Nesbitt Rd Suite F, Fitchburg You may register for one or both classes. Although classes are geared toward caregivers and their kids under age 5, older siblings are also welcome to join. The cost per class is $16 for adult/child duo (family size of 2) or $25 for more than one adult and/or child attending (family size of 3 or more). A liability waiver is required for all participants.  Email info@playfulacorns.com if you have questions. Please remember: * Since this is a family event, partners and older siblings are welcome to attend as part of the family rate as space allows. - Come dressed in comfortable clothes. -Socks are required. - Bring a water bottle and yoga mat (if you have one) -No food allowed. -If anyone in your group is sick, please stay home. -Caregivers must supervise their child(ren) at all times.

Cancellation Policy

Hello! A maximum of 3 participants (one adult and up to two children) can be booked under one form for Playful Acorns programs. If more than two children or adult will be attending with your group, another parent / legal guardian / caregiver must fill out a separate waiver and registration form with them. Please read and fill out the waiver before completing your booking. If you've joined us before, you do not need to fill out a new waiver. New for 2024, Playful Acorns will honor cancellations for a full refund up to 48 hours before the program start time. In the event that you and/or your child(ren) are unable to attend the program for any reason beyond that time period, your registration fee will be earmarked for our "Play It Forward" Fund, which is available for those who would like to try our activities but are unable to for financial reasons. In the event that a program is canceled by Playful Acorns or one of its host sites due to severe weather, illness, or other emergency, you will be notified and refunded in full.
